We actively introduce aluminum materials and high-end equipment manufacturing projects of aerospace, track traffic, marine engineering, architectural decoration, ship equipment manufacturing, high-end electronic products and auto parts production, so as to build a 500 billion level aluminum industry cluster, a global high-end car wheel hub manufacturing center and an automotive lightweight material base.

全力打造2000亿级新型化工产业集群

依托京博集团、滨化集团等骨干龙头企业，重点发展以大型化、集约化、精细化、生态化为方向的产业链条, 积极引进循环绿色的石油化工、海洋化工、农用化工、精细化工 、生物化工等项目，推进化工产业转型升级，打造2000亿级化工产业集群。

Relying on Jingbo Group, Binhua Group and other key leading enterprises, Binzhou pays major attention to the development of large-scale, intensive, fine and ecologic industrial chain, and actively attracts  circular and green projects on petrochemical, marine chemical, agricultural chemical, fine chemical, bio-chemical and others. We promote the transformation and upgrading of chemical industry, and create a 200 billion level chemical industry cluster.

全力打造1500亿级粮食加工产业集群

依托西王集团、香驰粮油、渤海油脂、泰裕麦业等骨干龙头企业，重点发展粮食、水果、蔬菜深加工产业链条，积极引进一批现代化种植、养殖及深加工项目、特色农业园区项目，打造1500亿级粮食加工产业集群， 建设京津冀、省会城市群的“米袋子”、“菜篮子”、“果盘子”。

 Relying on Xiwang Group, Shandong Scents Grain & Oil Co., Ltd, Shandong Bohai Oil and Fat Industry Co., Ltd, Taiyu Wheat Food Co., Ltd and other key leading enterprises, Binzhou gives priority to the deep processing industrial chains of grain, fruit, vegetable, and actively invites a number of projects focusing on modern planting, farming, deep processing, as well as agricultural parks with distinctive characteristics. 全力打造1000亿级畜牧水产产业集群

以黄河以北为重点，抓好渤海黑牛、鲁北白山羊、洼地绵羊等畜牧产业化发展，推进优质生猪、肉羊、肉牛养殖加工建设，打造黄河三角洲绿色畜产品生产基地和全国重点现代畜牧业示范区。

加大对虾、文蛤、南美白对虾等海淡水养殖标准化基础建设，打造具有区域特色的海淡水养殖标准化生态健康养殖园和绿色水产品生产基地。

Acquaculture   Increase standardization construction of acquaculture  bases for penaeus,clams,vannamei and others.to set up regional typical  eco-healthy  acquaculture.

壮大提升现代服务业

依托港口、铁路物流潜力，积极谋划建设一批现代物流园区项目，引进培育一批电商龙头企业、示范园区；强化重点项目带动，积极引进一批大型现代城市综合体项目；促进历史文化、黄河风情、乡村民俗、生态自 然与旅游深度融合，积极引进一批生态旅游项目；积极拓宽融资渠道，着重引进一批金融保险项目；建立政府引导扶持，社会资本投入的社会化、专业化运作模式，积极引进一批教育、医疗及健康养老项目。

With great port and railway logistics potentials, Binzhou plans to construct modern logistics and model demonstration parks so as to introduce and foster a group of e-commerce enterprises. Together with the development of key projects, large modern city HOPSCA projects will also be introduced into the city. Along with the deep integration of history cultures, Yellow River scenery, village folk, ecological and natural tourism, lots of ecological tourism projects will be settled in the city. Great efforts will be paid to widening financing channels to attract a number of financial and insurance projects. With the support of the government and capital input from the society, a group of educational, medical and pension industry projects are also encouraged in the city.

以攻克关键技术、扩大产业规模、提高核心竞争力为主攻方向，围绕新能源、新材料、新技术、新医药等重点产业的发展，积极引进一批智能机器人、3D打印、新能源汽车及电池、生物医药、大数据中心等新兴产业 项目，培育新的经济增长点。

 With the development of new energy, new materials, new technologies, new medicines and other key industries, great attention will be taken to tackle critical technology difficulties, expand industry scale and improve core competitiveness. As for new economic growth points, the city is interested in welcoming smart robots, 3D printing, new energy motors and batteries, biomedicine, big data centers and other new projects.

加快重大基础设施建设

围绕滨州港航道、防波堤工程、码头泊位建设和“十三五”时期的公路、铁路以及其他重大基础设施建设，筛选一批重大项目、重点工程开展招商合作；依托大高 航空城，发展壮大滨州通用航空产业，积极引进相关配套项目。

The city will select a number of major investment projects concerning the construction of waterways, breakwater and berths projects in Binzhou Harbor and other infrastructure projects during the 13th Five-Year Plan. Relying on Dagao Aviation Base, Binzhou intends to attract supporting projects to accelerate the development of general aviation industry.

推进重点区域建设

突出北海经济开发区等北部沿海经济增长极地位，加快经济发展战略重点向北部沿海转移，全力打造轻质高强新材料、石油化工等千亿级和一批百亿级产业集群。充分发挥各类开发区、园区在承接产业转移、壮大工 业项目上的主体作用。

Focus on Beihai Economic Development Zone’s position of economic growth pole, speed up the shift of economic growth strategy to the North Coast, and create industrial clusters involving light-weight, high-strength materials, and petrochemicals and so on with annual revenue exceeding 100 billion or 10 billion Yuan. Various development zones and industrial parks are encouraged to play a key role in undertaking industrial transfer and the growth of industrial projects.

北海经济开发区 

作为黄河三角洲高效生态经济区开发建设的前沿阵地，省会城市群经济圈的海上门户，拥有全国沿海人均最多的土地资源。围绕临港工业、绿色化工、现代服务业、先进制造业、现代渔业和盐业、新能源等产业重点 ，发展新材料、冶金建材、油盐化工、粮油加工、临港物流五大产业链，实现港产城一体化发展。

滨州高新技术产业开发区 

以发展高新技术产业为方向，立足电子信息与新材料、装备制造、生物制造、新能源环保和生态化工“五大”工业园区，现代生态观光农业和设施农业“两大”农业园区以及黄河三角洲铁路物 流园区，打造“科技体制机制创新改革先行区、战略型新兴产业示范引领区、国家级科技企业孵化集聚区、绿色生活休闲区”。

Basing on five industrial parks (electronic information and new materials, equipment manufacturing, bio-manufacturing, new energy for environmental protection and ecological chemical industry), two agricultural parks (modern ecological sightseeing agriculture and facilities agriculture) and the Yellow River Delta railway logistics park, Binzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone takes high-tech industry as the development orientation and builds four districts, namely: lead district for science and technology mechanism innovation, model district for strategic emerging industries, national incubation and agglomeration district for science and technology business, and leisure district of green life.
